To improve the quality of life for the elderly, disabled, veteran and family caregivers in our community. We’re committed to providing essential resources and access to basic needs while fostering social connections, combating social isolation, addressing homelessness and poverty, assisting with aging in place and helping the population feel connected and valued in their communities.

Senior Assistance and Vitality Enrichment Programs: Support, Advocating, Vitality, Engagement.
Hearts For Giving
A Respite program developed to assist family caregivers experiencing burnout. This program allows a 2-4 hour of professional caregiver services a family caregiver in need who cannot afford home care services for their loved one in the home.
S.O.S
A resource & support program, which provides In-home care for a Seniors or Veterans aging in place in their home, or discharged from the hospital or rehab that is in need of care that cannot qualify for Medicaid waivers, or on a fixed income.
Nourish-A-Neighbor
A Food Delivery Program to aid in Nutrition for Homebound Seniors, Veterans, and Family Caregivers, a monthly distribution of food & food boxes provided by our partnered nonprofits delivered by volunteers in the community. Your Donation can provide a week worth of groceries for a senior or veteran in need.
Safe & Healthy Homes
A Program dedicated to provide temporary & long term housing assistance to those populations at risk of homelessness, ensuring they have a safe place to call home.
Transport First
Collaboration with community partners to provide transportation to Seniors, Veterans, and People with Disabilities to Doctors Appointments, Grocery Store, Surgery Appointments and more.
Repurpose Retirement (Pilot)
Utilizing Our Retired Seniors and Veterans with specialized skills, in different industries to assist within the nonprofit, the community or other business that the Nonprofit has partnership to bring value to the community and bridge the gap of social isolation.
